Printing guide
Print and assemble your booklet
Use the Booklet PDF for fold-and-staple layouts. The Standard PDF prints as single pages if you need a simple handout.
1) Choose the right PDF
Booklet PDF is a two-up layout for folding. Standard PDF is single pages.
2) Print
Match paper size to your print options. Print double-sided if you can.
3) Fold and staple
Stack pages, fold in half, then add two staples along the spine.
Print settings checklist
- Use the same paper size as your booklet (A4 or Letter).
- Print at 100% or Actual size (avoid Fit to page).
- Use double-sided if your printer supports it.
- If you cannot print duplex, use the Standard PDF instead.
Troubleshooting
- Pages upside down? Change the duplex flip setting.
- Margins look tight? Reprint at 100% size.
- Staples crooked? Fold first, then staple on a hard surface.
